How can I contact a publisher?

You can use the Communications Centre to send a message to the publishers. Please note we cannot give out publisher contact details due to the data protection act. If you still have problems contacting publishers please let us know.
Send a News Article
Send a News Article feature under Communications Centre in the Affiliate Future interface. Please note that submitted articles will be approved by a member of the Affiliate Future Support Team within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please follow these simple steps to send out a News Article.
Send a Newsletter to Affiliates
Send a Newsletter feature under Communications Centre in the AffiliateFuture interface gives you the opportunity to compose a newsletter to affiliates already subscribed to your programmes. Be sure to keep affiliates updated on any changes to your programmes as you change pricing structure, add new banners and logos and any other relevant changes.
Please note that submitted newsletter will be approved by a member of Affiliatefuture Support Team within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.
You can choose to either send the newsletter to all of your affiliates, affiliates subscribed to a particular programme or to affiliates in groups you have pre-selected in few simple steps.
We now have now allowed you the ability to insert Tracking Link, Publisher Name (get banners, buttons etc) and Programme Link into welcome emails and newsletters.
Send a Message to a particular Publisher
The Affiliate Future Advertiser Inbox (accessable through the Communications Centre tab) works in a similar manner to email. Through this, you can send a specific publisher a direct message. This can be for many reasons, including asking them to join a hidden programme that you have set up with a different commission rate.
If / when the publisher reply's, you can see the message in your Affiliate Future Advertiser Inbox.
