Cancelling commission/transaction.

If you find an invalid transaction which needs to have the commission cancelled please go to Programmes > Check Transaction.

Locate the transaction(s) which are invalid either by transaction reference, date of transaction or publisher referred transaction and select the "cancel" button next to the transaction. The next page will take you to a drop down menu from which you can select the reason for cancellation.

Please note that the cancellation reason does go back to the Affiliate so ensure that as much information is given as possible.

You need to ensure you check your transactions within the 5 days period and cancel any transactions you deem necessary to cancel. After this period the transactions are locked. You can see the list of your transactions in the sales and lead reports.
