What do I do if a sale hasn't tracked?

Uploading Untracked Transactions as an Affiliate|
Sometimes untracked transactions can occur if for example the tracking link breaks, if the cookie expires, or if a customer is using any ad-blockers (as this can prevent the cookie from dropping).
If you believe that a sale you have made has not tracked through the network, you can upload any untracked transactions via your affiliate account.
Please go to your Reporting tab > Untracked Transaction - Add.
Enter all details for the transaction/s and Submit. You will need:
- Original Transaction Date
- Sales/Order Ref/ID
- Sale/Order Amount/Value
- Expected Commission Amount
The transaction will then appear on the merchant account for them to cross-check and approve or decline, as to whether the sale was valid on their end.
