If your question or query hasn't been answered by any of the FAQ's available within the knowledge base, you can Submit a Ticket which will be viewed by the Support team. Choose whether you are a merchant (advertiser) or an affiliate (publisher) and fill in the Ticket details. Please remember to include your merchant/affiliate ID number as the team will need this to look further into your query.

Additionally, there are two Info-graphics attached for 'getting started' steps - one for Affiliates and one for Merchants.
