How do I use the Advertiser Reporting tools?

To get to the Reports, sign into your merchant (advertiser) account and go to the Reporting tab.


Overview Tool:

Shows an overview of the current programmes.

Simply select the date range and run report.


Check Transactions:

Shows all transaction for up to the last 5 days.

Select the date range and if you wish you can also search by reference.

Untracked Transactions:

If for some reason the tracking has not worked for a transaction, an affiliate can upload an untracked transaction.

This will then need to be approved or declined from your account.

Cancellation Report:

All transactions that you have cancelled.

Simply select the date range and run the report.

Sales Report:

Shows all sale transactions for the date range specified.

Select the date range and choose the required programmes from the drop down menu.


Leads Report:

Shows how many leads have been made for the date range specified.

Select the date range and choose the required programmes from the drop down menu.

Media Report:

Shows how many sales, leads and clicks have come from users clicking on media links such as banners.

Simply select the date range and run the report.

You can also filter this as to which programme you wish to view.

Daily Breakdown Report:

Shows a detailed table showing all that the affiliates have done on the requested day.

Select the date range and click run report. You will also have the option to search individual affiliates.


Voucher Report:

Here you can view the performance of any voucher codes you are currently running, filtered either by voucher or by publisher.

Select the date range and click run report.

Monthly Report:

Shows all neccessary data for the selected month(s).

Select the date and run the report.

Export Reports:

This shows all about the publishers over the last 366 days.

First, choose export reports, and within the report preferences section, choose report type, summary export  and select the date range you wish to use.

Finally click on request report and the report will be created. This should be downloadable within the next 15 minutes.

Scheduled Reports:

Shows and allows users to set reports coming out either daily, weekly or monthly.

Either select Add New Report to create a new report, or choose view all to see current planned reports.

After selecting Add New Report, choose Summary Export and choose the file format, frequency, and email.
