How do I find out the status of my ticket?

You don't have to create a separate log in to view status of your tickets, the system automatically creates an account for you when you submit a ticket.

Go to support desk > Click on HOME (top bar) > Click on Log In (under HOME). Do not click on Subscribe icon > If the cookie didn't save your log in details, type in your email address and request a new password by clicking on Lost Password.
Once you have the password > click on LOGIN icon underneath.

It will take you to your Affiliate Future Support Account.

Click on View Tickets (top bar) to view the status of all of your tickets.
